What Happens Next?

Once we receive either an online quote request or a telephone call from you, Class Act Tours will assign a Personal Tour Coordinator to assist you with your planning process.  Your PTC will design a tour specifically for you and will extend a final written quote, along with a Group Leader Agreement. After reading over and checking to confirm all of the services you requested are correct, you would follow the instructions below to insure your trip is a success:

  • Authorize the Agreement by signing it and returning it to Class Act Tours as soon as you possibly can.
  • Send in your group deposit by the due date, either by check or money order, along with your Registration Forms for each person who will be participating in the trip. Credit cards are accepted with a 5% additional charge.
  • After receiving all of the above mentioned items, Class Act Tours will confirm all necessary reservations and send you a reservation number.
  • To avoid any increase in rates that are quoted, please send the group’s deposit to arrive on or prior to the due date.
  • Upon receiving your group’s reservation number, you will also receive a payment plan for reference to pass on to your participants.
  • Once all payments have been received, your travel documents, final itinerary, and all other materials will be sent to you.
  • Class Act Tours acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with this tour. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Class Act Tours and their employees, agents, representatives, and any other person acting on Class Act Tours behalf, accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, of any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, or default of any company of person in performing these services. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Class Act Tours is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours/ trips arranged by Class Act Tours. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.

Staying on schedule with your payment plan is critical or else your reservations may be cancelled! If for some reason you are going to be late or need to request a change in the schedule or in the trip itself, be sure to foreard in writing your circumstances as soon as you can, to avoid any miscommunication or penalties that may be added to your group. Also, if for some reason someone needs to cancel, be sure to reference your Group Agreement and notify us as soon as you can in writing.
